Are you living with intention or just trying to get through the days?
I’ve been there.
For too long I’d made taking care of other people my biggest priority, and I was burning out. I realized that I needed to make taking care of myself a priority again so I could better take care of others. It’s like that played out adage about putting your oxygen mask on first – it’s played out because it’s true.
I created this planner to make sure I took the time each day to think about how I could nurture my mind, body, and spirit, while making the most of my precious time. And now I’m sharing it with you because I know you have big plans to make the world a better place, too… and that work starts with you.
These files are designed to be printed on regular letter-sized printer paper, then cut in half. They can then be hole-punched and used in any A5 sized planner or binder
